Very old, very nasty, but still very funny.

Real old - in the background Majestic Sound and Coles Books have been gone for at least 10 years.

FWIW, from June ‘88 to March ‘90 I lived two blocks away from what is now known as “Dundas Square” in downtown Toronto - similar to Times Square in New York or Piccadilly Circus in London. During the warm months I hardly watched any TV except “Star Trek: The Next Generation”. Most nights, especially weekends, I would fill up a one litre Coke bottle with rum and coke and just go people watch at the Square. The buskers provided quality entertainment and the general folk provided lots of humour like this vid (which was actually done near Yonge & Isabella St - on the fringe of the downtown gay area).

I loved the night life but the rent was almost half my salary for a 600 sq ft apartment so I had to eventually move to somewhere more affordable.
