I dont see how she can be the sexiest woman in the world.........

There is something about her look........She just looks really normal..... She doesnt stand out at all. If you saw her in the street i dont think she would be very recognisable. Just another face.

In that photo, she looks like some random makeup model......

She might of been ok in transformers. But............ I dont know, not my type I guess.
