hmmm not sure you can put being cheated in the same catergory as rape??  and why the reference specifically to black people?? Im sure white, Spanish, German, Korean people also get cheated?

I think jip- is making a valid point.From what i know the Law favours the more economically privileged classes, often to the detriment of other economic classes (including a large number of black people).I believe he’s saying there would be a hell of lot of videos if the aggrieved decided to pursue this course of action

there a famous cases in the past, such as the rodney king incident in america years ago where a black person was beat up on camera and the people still got away with it. if you pay attention to any of the black popular culture coming out of america alot of people do think that police treat them unfairly etc.

i know what you mean jip but just because one section of seciety is treated worse doesnt mean that someone who is white cant demand justice as well

jip why you mention rodney king you know he was guilty....he was driving drunk...he deserve it and more he put alot of people in danger...and just because he was black and all the cops white he get out innocent...i hate double standards...also im sorry for the girl but she is not the only one who have been rape...BUT how we know what she was doing with a 23 year old guy...this just bring more questions

This is most likely a case of, ‘oh I just had sex and am underage, if my parents find out they will kill me, better claim rape’

Then by saying she is ‘in poverty’ she thought people might start opening their wallets.

I know rape victoms, the last thing they want is to show there face to anyone who knows about the rape, it takes your dignity and your confidence, making an ‘appeal’ on youtube would be the last thing they wanted to do. Most want to curl up in a ball and forget what happened hoping the police will do their jobs and find who did it.

The majority of rape claims in the UK don’t even go to court, even when their is hard evidence. Teens like this aren’t helping make it anymore believable to the real victoms by showcasing their ‘story’.

Also, I don’t know about you, but when something bad happens to you, where your at the point of crying the hardest thing to do is speak, looks like she has been practising to me.

I don’t want any drama by the way, this is my opinion.
