well when you look at it as who ever did this did it with spray paint, and usually in hard to reach areas it is pretty impressive. The video looks like they give the guy a chance to do something in a controlled environment, the art aspect of it is what he comes up with, created a scene out of everyday life just done up with spray paint, what I find cool about it, if I am looking at this video right, people were open to come in and change thing, play with them, no limit on what they can do, constantly evolving into something new, so that every time someone sees the scene it is new and changed because other people changed it! I didn’t study art though, that is just what I see in it, art is what ever people see it as, you may see art as something completely different.
