I took the early morning pic from the pier a month ago…

And whilst going thru Google images i found that someone had already beaten me to it...108yrs earlier...You can still recognise buildings to the right of the Lighthouse..

How do you know it was donw in 1900. And for the first time ever I would say the pier look’s nicer now then it did back then. Or maybe that’s just down to the camera quality

Yes, because in that photo there is 1 piece of information that gave it away, from that little piece and the fact I knew you lived on the south east coast, it was then just a case of using google. Because you go down to the pier about 3.00am in the morning would suggest you live no more then 10 minutes drive from there, you also have a stream outside your house. See little bit’s of information soon add up, I’m quite chuffed :D But you can’t deny that light house isn’t the same one, I matched the buildings next to it. I won’t join them FBI but I may join the MI6

Ok…

Apart from me posting a million times that i live in a small village on the East Coast, hardly sleep, prepared to travel thru the night sometimes to take photographs and know nearly every village or coastal town within a 3 hour drive of me using deserted dual carriageways at 3am…

And a person would have to be insane to claim your pic is not the same lighthouse in my pic...err..of exactly the same lighthouse…

But not bad effort for a first go…
