Basically, it was inevitable. like death or taxes. Kim just had to get it done and working. A nuke for North Korea, at this stage, is just a tool. Certainly not a weapon. i.e. no means of delivery. Thse shit could hit the fan if they had up an running a taepodong-2 missile. The ones they have can’t reach beyond 2450 km. Otherwise, they would have to use Su-27 packed with nuke on suicdal mission. And still no good, as this russian junk runs for ca. 4000 km and flunks into ground.

what is interesting, is to wathc reaction we will get from Iran and China. Iran is watching closely how us + un deals with the subject coz’ their up next for the nuke. China is generally pissed of on Kim ffor what he’d done. Don’t think there gonna be any phisical contact going on…
