This is from a Belgian chat show. Never mind that they are speaking Flemish
and you can’t understand them, just remember that the guy being interviewed
(with the beard) has had his testicles removed by mistake during an
operation.

The interviewer obviously hasn’t heard him speak before he started the
interview.

you guys do know that is is from a comedy sketch show called In De Gloria. They did many more fun sketches.
