Well as i predicted, Xbox was the way to go.. I read into the external HD Dvd when i was looking for my console, and thought if Blu Ray wins, Microsoft being Microsoft will keep up with the market.
It happened.

It was also mentioned in a conversation with Mhaphew that the PS3 is an amazing console, but just seemed too stagnant.  We came up on the same idea as PS1+2 did.  Bring out the PS3 Slimline.
I think that this is the PS3 Slimline.

But either way, its good news for me as im an xboxer and would love to buy the PS3 Slim if it was out!

i think we will have a new console like by 2010 or 2011 max...thats what sony do all the time...when they go to put a new console...and the xbox is loosing ground with all the problems they have...danm you red light…

I think xbox live still totally pwns everything. CoD 4 online is the best thing since sliced bread. I think the xbox live service is where xbox beats ps3, but I’m still getting a ps3 when MGS4 and GT5 come out.
