& it has to be free. Ive never paid for a program, not going to start now.

Just a good basic one will do. & it has to work with .mpg’s too. My window’s movie maker will not edit .mpg’s.

All I need to do is cut a few bits out here & there.

Sony Vegas, widely available if you know where to look.

Sony Vegas is ‘pay for’ but does come highly recommended.

Anyways..it is always good to have a video converter and there asre a load of them out there for nothing..

Just convert it to an editable format..

(PS...I think WAX 2.0 edits mpgs and it is freeware)

I tried it & unfortunatly it was a bit crappy.......

Once I finished & saved it, i opened it up & the video was all fucked up.

Well I spose thats what you get with free ware.
