um on the subject of silly lawsuits, several posts ago, here in the states, a guy tossed a boomerang and it for some crazy reason came back and hit him in the head. well he wanted to sue the company but his lawyer said that wont work. But asked if he had home owners insurance and when he said yes, he sued self, and got 50K.
