He does have a point. I suppose that drink driving, chatting on your mobile, speeding, eating a Mars bar, arguing with the wife doesn’t matter when you’re driving until you cause an accident. Then they should be taken into consideration and you should be punished accordingly. If you can drive home safely while doing any of them then there’s no harm done.

Those figures would increase dramatically if the laws were relaxed.

as for drink driving… it is a bad it is way too easy to think nothing will go wrong. and 99 times out of 100 nothing will happen. but then on that fateful night you will get caught or kill or mame someone then everything is fucked

I do agree with some points, but it all got started because he was pushing his bike across his own yard? That seems like a bit of a stretch by any law.

and as far as getting a bj while driving is considered distracted driving in most states int he US. The same can be said for cell phones or other distractions while driving. it just doesnt get used often, but they have used it.
