only thing about CCleaner is if you use cookies to remember passwords then it will delete them. so only run it if you remember them.

It does give you the option not to delete cookies. It’s worth using just for the amount of disc space it frees up.

yeah but i like clearing the whole lot. Someone i know keeps forgetting and is constantly on the phone to the bank for his password cheese

Avira Anti-vir never did me wrong only thing is one little pop-up (not bad one, just ad for buying it’s software) when it updates itself.  Totally free as well.
