i just want to send texts, make calls and take pics/video on my phone. My samsung was £39.99 and has radio and all on it. If if want to use the internet i do it on the computer not the phone. I just dont see the point in paying loads of money for something that does stuff that other things do already

I totally agree with you.

I managed to pick up 2 1st iPhones for free from my local carphone warehouse (ex display models - they’re getting rid because of the new version). Unlocked and Jailbroken in 5 minutes - thank fuck for people who hate being locked down. Its a decent phone, and the interface is great, as is the internet browsing, especially if you’re using WiFI - but I don’t think its better than my blackberry. handles everything so much better. 3G, MMS, email, and phone calls!

I know some people who bought iphones. They have a lot of glitches. I have a phone that I got when I signed up to my provider and it has lasted through being dropped on cement, stepped on, thrown, dropped in the bath tub, and ran over twice by vehicles while others on my phone plan have gone through multiple “nicer” phones only to end up getting a cheaper one like mine. I’ve been eyeballing the Blackberry though….no denying it.

The price is nice but ATT service sucks for me, and i just got locked into verizon for 2 years :/ witht he voyager.. but awsome service!

I have ATT ... the only service I’ve approved of so far. Bundle package though.

Blackberry’s are shite.

iPhones have some nice features, but nothing that hasn’t already been available for a few years.

I have the MP3 player version of the i-phone, it’s the i-pod touch 8GB, it’s very nice, but the wifi on it is not that good as is very slow.
