This article gives me the giggles. Today, it becomes illegal to smoke tobacco in public places in the Netherlands. But, because of lax laws over minimal amounts of marijuana, it’s still OK to smoke grass in public - as long as your joint doesn’t have any evil tobacco weed in it.

Rather a conundrum for enforcement.

shit they passed that law over here a long time ago. only time i get to smoke in doors is during concerts.

They’re Dutch.  It doesn’t count.
