Their version of the story is that he is a public figure, hence does not have the right to privacy.
Look at the rock band “The Cult”- they do not address the media, media does not publish anything about them. Peaceful correlation.

They can`t be in the same fame league. The Cult has absolutely no media attention. They haven`t released an interview in years.
What do you think is holding Britney on the surface for years now? She has no new albums, her music career is shite. But, she allows media to be the part of her private life, and that keeps her floating.
Edit: How many photos of Oprah or Bill Gates is circling the internet and tabloids? Not that I wish to see Billy boy naked (Oprah maybe) but, the point is, if you want to hide, there is always a way.
