Worth posting just the title itself…
38-year-old Alistair Penney, a male stripper from Wales, is facing a possible 2 year prison sentence on charges of wilful damage to property after he allegedly torched a Mercedes Benz “to cheer himself up”.
Penney was arrested running from the scene and initially denied any involvement. When suspicious items were found on his person he told the cheer himself up story. He now reportedly claims he was only testing the flammability of furniture spray.
Russian police are reportedly suspicious of these inconsistancies along with several other anomalies in his story and think he may be a spy. Mr Penney has been offered consular support by the British embassy.
