My mums from New Zealand and she’s called Cathy.

Remember a few months ago an NZ judge stopped a couple naming their kid 4real, well another judge is allowing a 9 year old kid to change her name.

Want to know what from

Talula Does The Hula From Hawaii

blocked Yeah Detroit, Stallion, Twisty Poi, Keenan Got Lucy, Sex Fruit, Fat Boy, Cinderella Beauty Blossom, and Fish and Chips (twins), but allowed Violence, Number 16 Bus Shelter, Midnight Chardonnay, and Benson and Hedges (twins).

BBC clicky

I like giving kids unusual names, to an extent. Only if they’re names… I always loved the name Persephone for instance. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to name my kid Pneumatic Sex Machine or anything. I mean, you have to be an instantly shitty parent to call your child Number 16 Bus Shelter. Though, for some reason being called “Number 16” would be kinda cool… make you feel like a member of an assassin group or something. Until you remember you just have fuckwits for parents that is.

I`d go with “Number 16” if I were you. Number 16 Smith, second of three children.

I always liked the name Harry, until a certain originality-void of a boy wizard came along and stole it. Fucking ruined my idea, it’d look like I got the idea from J.K. Luckybitch.

One should think of something more original… Like Frodo, for example. Don`t know anyone with that name

Well fuck their ignorance if they don’t. Or use the optional é on the end, but then they probably wouldn’t know what that meant either. It always confused me that Kore is a alternative name for Persephone… it’d have to be a long game of Chinese Whispers before it changed that much.
