Help- How to screencap and cut AVI movies?

Hiya All,
I`v got an avi movie (grabbed off a webcam using hypercam)of a 39 yr old with massive tits...sticking a vibrator about a mile inside her...and her hubby doesnt know.
The file is 13MB and I cant currently afford Rapidshare,so:
Do you know of a free program that:
1 Will let me get her `best bits`
2 Is suitable of a teknocretin ?
