Can’t seem to make an Avatar

I have made avatars for other forums and they have worked, but for some reason I can’t seem to get one on here, it said the file was to big, I got the pic down to a small 80 x80 and it still did not work, has anyone have any suggestions or should I find an avatar online instead?

make sure its under 125kb and it will work. sometimes take a while to show up once it is uploaded

if you are of the photo persuassion then why not post some pics of yourself in the ‘birdwatching’ section? Holding a sign saying Totallycrap as it makes us feel special, loved and cherished
