when USSR broke apart Georgia went out,but piece of Georgia called South Ossetia wants to stay with Russia.They held 3 referendums for independence from 1990 up today one was even monitored by EU commission.

well someone seems quite pash about russia.

the 2 self declared autonomous regions do have a 60% russian population, but as its georgian territory russia has no right to back separitist groups to stir up trouble so they have to go in as ‘peace keepers’

its going to end up like chechnya

they said - if Kosovo can declare independence so can we. so they did.
they call themselfs Ossetians not Russians,and they have about 90% majority since start of conflict with Georgia back in 1990.
