I went to see What Just Happened? last night and saw the trail for Gears 2. Personally I couldn’t give a crap about the game. All style, very little content, definately not worth £50 of my cash but the trailer is an absolute masterpeice.

The whole game is a masterpiece.  Half the game I just looked around at all the cool shit they designed into the game.  All the artwork and the architecture of the buildings when you get underground.  Just amazing.

Up there with HalfLife?

I got Orange box ages ago. Just finished half life 2 and i’m a few hours in to episode one. As for waiting for the new episode Gary, ‘Black Mesa Source’ is a remake of half life 1, done with the valve source engine out of half life 2 which goes deeper into the story apparently.

Looks pretty darn sweet.

The entire Halo series was much better than Gears of War.. even the soundtrack in Halo is brilliant.

Halo 2’s gameplay was excellent but the storyline sucked donkey dick
