A bit of help please…..

Hi people,
I’ve found a couple of images that i’d like to use for another project but they are part of a single swf file and I don’t want the whole thing. Is there a way to extract just those parts of the image that I want at all?
I have attached a link (you’ll need to scroll down) and its the 2 ‘proton beams’ http://www.flaashy.com/index.php?m=Layouts&e=view&id=27
I would be most greatful for some help.

u have to dl the swf file, install flash decompiler (few on the interwebz) or install a cracked (u wanna buy?) version of Macromedia MX. Open, decompile, pick files u want.

Why not take loads and loads of screen shots and then compile all of the relevant bits into an animated gif?
