Which would you go for?

If you alkready own one or more please share your thoughts with us.

My lad’s got an Xbox360 and my brother’s got a Wii. Graphics and games are far better on the Xbox but the Wii is far more fun if there’s a group of you playing.

Will probably get a PS3 eventually mainly for the Bluray capability (even at £425 it’s still quite a bit cheaper then most Bluray players at the moment). But will wait a few months as I suspect Bluray may well become the new Betamax to HD DVD’s VHS.

I really hope this proves correct. And I hope as well that the pr0n industry is going in favour of the HD-DVD too. That will once again decide which format is the one to choose. Although some say the smut won’t make a difference…

Btw. they are going to make a movie out of it in 2009.

i actually have a PS3 and a Wii. Wii is more fun for party games with a lot of people, but the PS3 is more fun if you’re going to be alone. also depends on the kinds of games you want to be playing.

Willy, why not contact Sony (or an official reseller) and say you run a community website that’s been featured in the Sun and has 80 thousand registered members. Say you really would like a PS3 and several flagship games to try and review.....you could always give it away as a prize once you’ve done the business.

xbox360 but I’m gonna get a wii

Ps3 way to expensive , and not too many titles ( right now ) , about the wii i hate the graphics , but i love the way of playing , it got my attention the new 360 elite , so i think im going with 360 elite , probably for christmas ( if there’s adult games ) i get an wii

I own a wii and a 360..

wii is always a laugh with a few drunk mates but its got shit all on the 360.  Games for the wii are generaly short and shallow, with very little to offer in the way of graphics.  The 360 is just generaly a more well put together console with much better games and is far more impressive graphically....

+ guitar hero is on the 360!!! 

As for the PS3.... it’s a cheap blue ray player (generaly £1000+ for a Blueray player on its own) but it’s a little overpriced for my liking as far as console gaming goes… Powerful machine though, probably will (after enough time for development of games to exploit its cell processor etc) have better looking games than the 360 but right now… its pants

guitar hero 3 will be on Wii and 360.
and Rock Band will be on PS3, so all the consoles will have those games soon.

Who needs games like that when you have Halo 3 coming out in November and Gears of War to keep us busy until then…

Xbox 360 even though i have a PS3 AND Wii. 360 has all of the new and up-and-coming games like Advanced Warfighter 2, PGR4, Medal of Honor Airbourne, Call of Duty 3, Ace Combat 6 :Fires of Liberation, etc.
