the warning was a trick, knowing that if you warn a person NOT to look, people will, sort of like those “don’t touch” signs, the desire to touch becomes overwhelming, better to not put a sign up at all or maybe it’s just me?

1. I wasn’t able to check the board properly, as i had no PC of my own until 17th Aug…So ididnt even know it existed until today.

2. I’m not covering anything up. I only got my media player to work this morning due to it not being able to get thru’ the firewall before today…Hence the reason i deleted the link when i actually saw what the vid consisted of.

3. If i’d have seen it earlier…It would have gone in seconds, as i know the trouble it can cause…and i know certain things you don’t.

4. Your comment that i’ve deleted ‘all the stuff’ is bollox…Please do not make rash statements as if they were fact.

5. I’ll delete anything i fucking want that may cause TotallyCrap legal problems and i havent got to give any explanation to anyone other than the Mods or Willy…Do you understand that.

6. There will be NO further links or images to Bestiality in any section on TotallyCrap, no matter what the fuckin’ thread heading “warning” states. That is final.

7. Websites that have Bestiality on them are hosted in weird fucking countries that pay no attention to anything anyone says to them…Totallycrap.com is not. TotallyCrap is based in the EU.

8. Having a ‘disclaimer / warning’ in the thread heading, does not absolve the TotallyCrap website owners from being responsible for illegal content or linking to illegal content.

9. Having to explain to you how ‘Bestiality’ could have caused TotallyCrap a shitload of trouble, is one of the reasons you are no longer a Mod…

The ‘Obscenity’ law comes down to what the majority / jury would find offensive…

I would say they could regard the clip with the Octopuss as ‘cruelty to animals’...which is not illegal to show or link to on the web…

Basically it is down to ‘common sense’...What the average / majority person would think, if they were to judge whether it was offensive or not.
