When you’re stiff & sore from sitting at your computer for long periods, it’s best if you vary your position & posture periodically. More important, in order to prevent chronic back & neck pain, I’ve developed several excellent stretches that are very good at eliminating any stiffness and relieving the stress.
I suggest everyone try these stretches. This will add to the health and happiness of your co-workers, so I want to show pictures so you can see how to do these stretches too!!!
