So here is some of my speculations and readings on the subject.
The Mexican chick is sposed to be able to produce some sort of virus, and the brother is the antidote, some sort of ebola virus.
Peter had the haitans necklace on in the container, and he couldnt remember anything, simple math there in my book.
No clue on what the hell was up with nathans face in the mirror, freaky business.
As for the “new” bad guy, I think the cockroach guy was the mastermind for something, wheather or not he is the bad guy that was hooded, I doubt that, but he definatly saved sylar. Also in the last season, peter kept having “dream visions” and I think that was charles deavoux’s power.
The writers have said that this episode will focus on the older heroes, not just the current ones this time.
Gotta agree about the Hiro making himself into Kensei, thats kinda neat.
