I watched that series when it was on the History Channel - they had quite a few cities.  It was interesting, but I found the narration a bit irritating and the presenter a little excitable.

However if such things do float your boat, I’ve got this book which I enjoyed considerably, although I would have liked a few photo’s to go with it:

Funny…

I don’t buy books anymore…Haven’t done for years…Even tho i own about 800 books…(I had a lovely, large bookcase at my old house)...

You’d be amazed at what pics you can find on Google and Yahoo, if you’re determined and use the right keywords…

Yeah trouble is, I normally read on the bus or in bed.  Then by the time I get to an internet connection I’ve forgotten about it.

Stupid brain.
