think the problem with comments on that thread is people just click on links in last 10 posted list and dont look what forum its been posted in
i know i will get shot down in flames for saying this, and the reason for it is none of is got off our lazy arses and entered but.. its a real pity that by the looks of it the majority of those who entered joined for forum yesterday just so they could post or they are existing members with under 10 comments. They havent seen the stuff that goes down well on forum and what doesn’t. Just because they read the front page and forum doesnt mean they know what makes a good post as they haven’t done it for themselves.

Look, maybe I don’t TROLL the forums like you do (do you realize you have posted an average of SEVENTEEN TIMES per day since you joined?), but at least I’m giving it a shot (call me a lurker all you want, but I prefer VOYEUR). Remember, YOU started off with zero posts as well.
Oh, and I don’t really care what goes down well in the forum and what doesn’t; the shit I posted is meant for the front page. Again, piss off at your earliest convenience.

first off, look up definition of lurk (oh you did, and edited it). 2nd did you see any aggresion in what i said? no. 3rd you really need to work on your people skills…
yeah they are different but since things get bumped up from the forum to the front page all the time its a good grounding in what makes the grade and what doesnt
the forum should be the base for the frontpage. the two should strengthen each other. Remember that the FP was there way before the forum. I used to spend all hours trying to find good crap to post, I opened the forum to give those visitors that came to the FP the opportunity to show what they liked and if it fit for thr FP i could nick it.
Stuff on the forum is not alwasy appropriate for the FP and I sometimes feel that the forum inhabitants don’t spend any time on the FP.

Feel free to take offense yews1us, but after 6 posts v. naughtyteddy, you don’t have a leg to stand on. Not to mention, starting a war with people that like naughtyteddy (good luck finding those who don’t when she is sharing her “personal” pics w/ all on the forum; but you have to go through the forum to know that) is certainly not going to get you any votes either. In addition, being a dick b/c someone gave their honest and polite opinion certainly won’t and has not helped either. I can guarantee you one thing sir, you will not get my vote. I would assume no one wants to vote for a person who’d posted a couple times throw a fit b/c someone gave their opinion. Read through the board a little and you will find that an attitude like yours never prevails here.

Fuck me, there was some rage vented in that reply...I used to have a boss just like that, he couldn’t argue his case in a constructive manner just raged at people, often for no apparent reason - probably down to him being about 5ft tall. He didn’t last long in the job.
Oh yeah, describing NT as a forum troll is one of the funniest things I’ve heard today. She is the polar opposite of a troll - i.e. she gives far more to the community then she takes out…
