Who should win the titel of world footballer of the year

My vote would go to Thierry Henry (not just cause I support for the Gooners) as he should have won it last year. yes his world cup sucked, but his playing for Arsenal did not.

Either Henry or Steven Gerrard get my vote. How Lampard keeps getting on these lists I’ve no idea - compared to gerrard he’s second rate

Depending on the criteria, i would choose between Zidane/Cannavaro (judging by the world cup), or Ronaldinho/Henry (judging by everything but the world cup). Anyway, if i had to choose my favourite, i would say Ronaldinho straight away, he’s the most talented in my view.

as a spurs fan it pains me to say but it really needs to be henry,but cmon there has to be a bloke pulling names out a hat, some of the players on the shortlist are at best crap and at worst really crap, fucking lehmann wtf he on the list for

Cannavaro or Eto. No doubt Ronaldhino will get it though even though he has been poor this year.

could not agree with you more. Lampard is so overrated. The only reason he has not been forgotten is because he plays for Chelsea.
