I really don’t want to fuck up this computer man…

AND I’m not taking any chances,

So, any freeware recommended?

I use AVG Anti-Virus FREE Edition, downloaded it couple weeks ago…

But what do you use?

Can i get it?

Im sooo fucked if I can’t do anything about it…

I use McAfee and spybot. Works for me.

well, try to make a sistem restore this will help

It’s most likely not a virus.

It sounds to me like a “stop error.” This usually happens with a bad device driver.

Did you install any new hardware on the machine? You might have to troubleshoot your device manager and/or update some drivers.

If that doesn’t work you might have to do the dreaded “system restore”. This will roll back the machine to the last time all your drivers were working correctly.

Hey Atomic,

How about a bit more info on your system.

Motherboard
CPU
RAM
graphic cards
OS and any other big software apops you might have running.

A good trick to do is write down the error code you get i the blue screen and google that once you are back up.

My PC used to conk out a lot unasked about 12 months ago and when I googled the error code it said it had to do with a USB driver for some back of motherboard port and since I don’t use that port any more I’ve had no problems.
