I dunno either but its fairly easy to burn yourself in the bath! Your skin will burn at much less than boiling point. Plus do we know there was no overflow? I’m going with the “she-was-a-fucked-up-junkie-and-didn’t-realise-how-hot-it-was” line of theories. And him… Are we sure it was suicide? Maybe someone related/friendly believed he’d given her the drugs and quietly looked after him in the train station?
