It looks like this is a picture of a real autopsy, but I think the accompanying story is fake (the guy who wrote it is still pretty fucked up).

In many autopsies they take the brain out to weigh it. Not sure about the finger in the vagina ... I’m not a coroner ... I can imagine they do certain checks if they suspect a girl’s death is sexually motivated.

It’s interesting that the photos on their own would be quite gross ... the story on its own quite sick ... but together they combine to make something really really sick ... the human mind eh?

Ok, but how to explain the eye on her mouth?

Probably student cadaver training.  “Pranks” are quite common and if you take the images out of context of the “text” attributed to it, then it’s “sick” but hardly some kind of insane fantasy of a lunatard.

I assume this is the real thing and someone deserves to be put in jail for it.
Sadly I don´t think this is a student´s prank. The girl looks like she was murdered (noticed two stab like wounds in the first picture?), she also has been terribly abused (finger introduction, eye extraction and introduction to the mouth, ripped/cut ribs), finally, whoever took these pics had a lot of time and freedom to do what is shown. Looks like the perpretator is calmly operating and doing things to this poor girl`s body with no worries at all. (Last picture shows a syringe needle in her right nipple and something that looks like a hunting knife in the upper right)
These pictures are images of a crime. The cops should be notified.

Certainly it would be interesting to know where these pictures came from. It’s not neccessarily a morgue in the US/UK ... the floor looks like a bacterial breeding ground and probably wouldn’t pass many health and safety rules.

I feel sorry for the girl as it doesn’t look like she has been treated with much respect but I still don’t think the story and pictures go together.

Madags - puncture marks are probably from blood drainage or pre-med practice of incisions.  The fact that another body (and by the looks of it at least another two rows of tables) is top-tailed with this one suggests a less ‘autopsy’ scenario and almost certainly a med student, or someone who works with the cadavers at a university or similar facility.

If you know a med student - just ask about what they get up to.  The burst ribs and such is common practice.  The eye, nipple piercing and such however

The reflection in the floor of a ‘standard’ 60W lightbulb almost certainly rules out anywhere in Western Europe where you’d expect strip lighting, and is more akin to a basement cold room.

The object inserted in her cooch meanwhile is (rather obviously) not a spray can of any sort - but a marker pen.

The pics are real. The story is a fake. There is zero chance of an orderly or medical student slitting a cadaver like that without being arrested. The abuse took place after the autopsy and most probably after student training - by an orderly, cleaner, or morgue assistant. The girl’s detah was not suspicious (the puncture marks in the abdomen in the first pic are from staples - the intestines are perfect) and most probably, judging by her otherwise healthy appearance, a victim of a road accident or OD. Besides, Med students NEVER work on cadavers from suspicious detahs.

Her rib cage has been split and heart/aorta have been removed, perhaps for donor purposes but most probably medical study. Its definately an Eastern European location, most probably christian, and in a small to medium sized town. Somewhere like Poland, Estonia, Serbia etc.

I spent 6 years in that enviroment and people are always shocked by what goes on but the sad fact is that this behaviour is common. You need people that can detach themselves from reality to work there - the flip (and generally accepted) side is that these people are often unhinged or unhinge themselves to cope with the bloody horror. I’ve seen stuff a thousand times worse than this in reality and the only way I can cope is to totally detach myself and look at the cadaver as a piece of meat.

To me, the morons on here going on about beating someone to death and murdering the abuser are far, far sicker than the pictures.

Srry , i can’t even look at it again, but honestly, look at the whole situation inside the morgue, not very clean and organised at all since she is lying next to someone, and in normal morgues it’s strictly forbidden to do an full autopsy on a body lying next to someone(.I’ve been working in the morgue for over one year now,)
DId you know that if you would screw any corpse the risk of decomposing of some of your own body parts(be careful guys) is above 67%?
