Technically Odietamos right, as much as I hat to admit it and want to see Bush go down in Napalm. Its like watching a cover-version band. Kinda like the real thing but just doesn’t set the world alight in quite the smae way as the original.

Clearly Odietamo doesn’t know that Napalm hasn’t technically been Napalm since the 1940’s and instead has been a concoction of all manner of interesting chemicals to increase its flammability, stickiness and general lethality (with the addition of poisonous fumes, and oxidising agents it’s nasty stuff).  In Vietnam what was used was “Napalm B” type MK-47.  This stuff is ‘Napalm’ in the same way of the B (this time called MK-77), but without any of its original content.  In military jargon, it remains Napalm however (despite now being more akin to a multitude of incendiary devices) and containing neither naphthenic nor palmitic acids.  In conclusion:  (A) - yes there is a new formula for a ‘Nepalm’ type substance.  But (B) it’s not scientifically been Nepalm since the end of WW2.  However (C) for all intents and purposes, military or otherwise, the substance is known as Napalm.  However (D) in reality it’s no more than an advancement on ye olde “Greek Fire” (an advancement on “Byzantine Fire” etc).  The “liberals” didn’t invent the term Napalm odietamo, they just reserve the right to use it when it applies to a situation.  Now unless you want to go against 30+ years of Vietnam movie and military history, weapon designations and the incorrect use of the term Napalm since 1945 then you’re just being incredibly (and singularly) pedantic.
