Chinese Toddler Lighting Up A Smoke
The Chinese are catchign up with us fast. More and more inventions, ideas and products are coming out of the People’s Republic and pretty soon will be left on the side lines playing benchwarmer. The Chinese are so inventive they’ve even come up with a great way to ensure the world’s population does not start bursting at the seams in 20 years time. Their idea? Start teaching toddlers how to smoke and they’ll be impotent by the time they’re 20 and dead by the time they’re 30.
