Most people think of graffiti as vandalism. And yes, wilfully painting or spraying over other peoples property without their permission is wrong. (Not that it doesn’t mean i haven’t done it myself) But what about if someone didn’t actually use paint to make his art, instead, he used the already existing dirt and grime on a busy city tunnel to create his masterpiece? Do you think the cops will let him get away with it? Considering all he was doing really was cleaning it. (Via the Forum)
