Being away from home or your loved ones over Christmas, can be a bit depressing. It’s the one time of year where everyone else is spending time with there’s and if you haven’t got one, then it makes it even worse. So you’ve got to feel sorry for all the armed forces who are kept away from home over the festive season and would do anything to get a message back to their loved ones. Just take PFC Nicole Hayes who made a little video for her chap, of her having a little dance and strip around the room. (Unfortunately she doesn’t go past her underwear) But upon seeing this vid, I had a look on the net for her and it looks like this was only the start of her troubles. The video did the rounds of the barracks she was in and eventually she got involved in the making of another video. Although this time, she was not a willing participant. Under the influence of a bit too much booze, a couple of other soldiers, thinking she was game for a bit of fun, man handled the poor girl and even filmed themselves with their dicks in her mouth. Now i am not sure if it is the same PFC Nicole Hayes or not, but i feel sorry for the poor girl if it is. (slightly NSFW)

The facts of this case bear reviewing. Appellant was drinking with two other males and Private First Class (PFC) Nicole Hayes. After considerable drinking, PFC Hayes was helped to the bathroom where they were all filmed. Later that evening, when PFC Hayes was unable to stand and complained that her stomach hurt, they indicated they would help her out. They did this by undressing her, fondling her breasts, and placing their penises in her mouth. A series of sexual acts, which were filmed, continued for over an hour. At various times on the tape, PFC Hayes appears to be saying “no, don’t do that,” while slipping in and out of consciousness.
Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, the convening authority, LTG Hill, agreed to dismiss a charge of conspiracy to commit rape and forceful sodomy. In exchange, Appellant pleaded guilty to one specification of committing an indecent act on PFC Hayes by fondling her breasts and lifting her underpants, and one specification of indecent assault by using PFC Hayes’s hand to masturbate herself. The judge sentenced Appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, one year confinement, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority reduced the confinement portion of the sentence to seven months.
