Employee of the Month
To encourage staff to give that little bit extra a lot of companies have employee of the month/year/decade and so on awards. My advice to them. Stop it! Just pay everyone more and they are likely to love you and your company more. McDonalds is one of the more well known companies to have these award schemes. This guy is surely going to win Employee of the Century. I know Mickey D’s tastes like cardboard, but the way he makes burgers out of a cardboard poster is just taking the piss.
