Sad. Still, I don’t get the whole Nick-bashing thing. I think he definitely is a giant spoiled douche, but he also proves that even a flaming idiot can walk away from an accident if you put the damn belt on. This guy didn’t and he got *destroyed*. Maybe if he’d taken the most basic precaution as a passenger (aside from not getting in a car with a drunk) he wouldn’t be a veg now.

Poor kid.. i feel really sorry for his family.. look at his poor mother’s face.. kid’s future ruined because of a bad decision of his wealthy friend and he aint sorry bout it.. i dun wish for his consciousness..  i dun ever wanna see my face looked like that in the mirror.. jesus.. they should put that punk kid into jail forever.. stay away from the rich kids they dunno what they are doing..

You cant blame It all on Nick, they were both kids who liked to drag race, shit like this happens some times. Neither one should have been this stupid though. I dont think it is right though, the way Johns family is attacking Nicks.

Here’s my problem, I basically don’t give a shit what Hogan said or his son said because no one has the right to record private phone calls then make them public for us to discuss.  What are we fascist?  What ever Hogan said to his son to enable him to survive the next nine months behind bars is their friggen business.  Its sad what happened to john, but he’s equally responsible for what happened.  What if we were scrutinized for every thing we said on supposed private phone calls?  Would we cry fair or foul?

Jamal put it perfectly right, and after seeing Hulk on Larry King it is so clear how tough of a life hes having right now with his family being torn apart.. Beyond all the BS reality TV show stuff, its a sad story and I feel so bad for this person and how his life will be now. As for Hogan’s kid there is no chance he wont fell pain about this outcome of events and what this person will have to go through for the rest of their life..

And of course those recorded conversations weren’t digitally manipulated....

i think it is more to do with their attitude than anything else. Not wearing your seatbelt is a big no no and there is always more than one guilty party (lets not forget the damn palmtree standing in the way of the car), but the whole making money from it attitude from Nick and Hulk is a bit sickening.
