Meet The Voice of Reason
Not so long ago we brought you The Voice of Reason on TC. She was Dr. Wafa Sultan and was arguing against the fundamentalist on no less than the Islamic Propaganda TV channel of Al-Jazeera. Now faced with threats against her life the good Doctor has decided to grant another interview to set the record straight. The woman deserves respect. She has brought a fresh view to middle Eastern politics that might, just might, lead to peace. Doctor Sultan we salute you! And may Allah have mercy on those who do not heed thy wise words.

Hardly likely to lead to peace, probably more likely to lead to her death. It’s unfortunate that the moment she started speaking, many of the Muslims she appeals to for change will have just switched off their brains. Instead they’ll turn for guidance to clerics who in the majority will throw her down as an infidel, rather than support her words.
