Open road go karting in a DIY go kart

Can we have your attention please. The UK police needs our help and who are we to deny it. The cops in Shropshire are on the lookout for the guys in this video. In the video one can see a homemade go kart being towed by a car at 40 miles per hour. The driver of said homemade vehicle is not wearing a helmet and looks to be short 2 back wheels. If something had gone wrong the UK taxpayer who’ve had to pay for the brain transplant and clean up. So, if you know the guys in the video, give em some props from us and tell them to wear a Totally Crap shirt in future.
