Obviously he’s on a water meter, and he’s just trying to save a bit of cash by taking advantage of the free water outside his home.
I know someone who’s on a water meter, and they collect rain water to wash their car and water their plants. I just pay £500 every year for as much water as I want.
It’s wasted water either way.
What a dumbass. Water meter? How about a rich boy who has a Daddy buying the car and he cares less how much muck water he dumps on it. Of course, maybe it isnt his car and he is trying to impress someone as the real owner sleeps.
