This is just fucking brilliant. NWA’s classic, Straight Outta Compton, brought down to earth by Nina Gordon. Nina’s version sounds like something you might put on when romancing your lady friends or when putting your child to bed in a non-Michael Jackson kind of way. The edge has gone, but the song is not worse for it. I love this version. You can find other musical efforts by Noan Gordon in the Sights and Sounds section of her website. She doesn’t look bad either.
