Regarding slavery, if you go back thousands of years, there’s been plenty of white on white slavery—it just so happens that in the modern era the white man has had a plentiful supply of black slaves from Africa to exploit (sold ironically to them by other black tribes). So, certain grievances can’t always be put down to racial attitudes. As with most things, it’s to do with self-aggrandizement and financial exploitation.

What a laugh.  The people who signed the declaration of independence where as much land owners and ‘tyrannical’ as the apparent powers they were trying to escape.  You’ll notice every other country in the world abolished slavery without batting an eyelid, only the US has such a rich focus on the subject due to the Souths determination to retain ownership of another human being.

Okay, civilised country then.  Even the French.  Patting each other on the back for gifting something that is “enshrined” in your constitution is the weakest reason for treating everybody equally - especially when it seems that the only reason they are considered equal is purely because of the constitution and not due to commonly held beliefs.

Americans should shut the fuck up about race (or sex) and focus on the political motivations of the inbred tards being put forward for election as currently this whole election process is being treated as another back patting session “Like, OMG, the president is black/a woman - how far have we come!
