Washington Nationals ground crew fights with the tarp

Here’s me thinking only Wimbledon gets rain delays, but no, it seems you can’t play baseball when it is wet either. During the game between the Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals the tarp had to be put on to protect the field of play from the rain. The Nationals ground crew, however, decided to have a fight with the tarp instead of spreading it like a lovely lady’s legs. Maybe it is time to start sending those overpaid, steroid taking, tobacco chewing sluggers out there when it raining so they can get their hair wet.
