That is some seriously fucked up shit. And I thought the police over here were heavy handed. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, America on the whole is fucked up. the dumb girl in roller skates shouldn’t have tried to start shit with the cop and the story is obviously one sided. I would love to hear both sides of the story. hey baby, you might be a tough girl on the “roller rink” but don’t try to fight a cop.

crap like that doesn’t only happen in the states. In Austria, where I live the police tried arresting a black guy in the local park. So anyway, they all pin him down, but he’s kinda sick, so they bring in a doctor. Meanwhile someone makes pictures. The doctor comes, looks, doesn’t say shit, while 3 cops are still sitting on top of the dude. Guess what- he died of suffocation. The cops and doctor went on trial and all got 7 months probation (which means no jail time). Best of all, they kept their same jobs at the police and when the commissioner was questioned as to the why, he replied it wasnt their fault, their training was faulted and btw. the training will be improved over the next 3 years.

Living in the states i have only one thing to say. POLICE STATE. you might think diffrent but the president passes secrect laws allowing us to be wire tapped without a judges approval, cops can hit a girl, or tazer gun a kid and get away with it, they are trying to take away our rights to own guns…..adds up to the loss of freedom if you ask me, personally i am going down fighting.  oh       and yeah…..nice ass…..

For all anyone knows, there was an arrest warrant out on her for something else and she had a history of carrying a concealed weapon and trying to stab cops or something when stopped.

Ya also don’t have to keep your hands on the car when just getting a skating ticket. *Something* else was up.

Lesson? Don’t mess with cops or resist things. If there’s something wrong on police end, save it for the courts / media later, and don’t get additional charges like resisting arrest or whatever, even IF 100% unjustified.
This really smells like there’s a lot more to the story beyond casual observer standpoint.

If that was a white cop beating down a black lady it would be a “RACIAL INCIDENT” and their would be a riot… Jesse jackson would come in from what ever church he preaches at (does anyone actually know) Al Sharpton would get a new perm and all hell would break lose…. but no… Just a black cop doing his job…...
