I saw the same thing when I was in the Army during Gulf War I.  The guy looks down a MORTAR tube AFTER he dropped in the dead round.  I was the FUCKING safety officer and it was my 1st day on the job.  Imagine that shit.  Some idiot gets his head blown off and it’s MY fault?  That asshole could have messed up my whole career.
