Ok then i will. Whats he doing walking in the road in those bloody conditions? Im gonna give you an example what could happen so here goes - He walks into the road which is an absolute ice rink putting himself and road users at danger. He has no clue that he is supposed to walk against oncoming traffic and then a car comes up behind him loses control, hits and drags him down the road. The man is a clueless wanker.And when it comes to walking in one foot of snow i will pass on that as i prefer to drive so i can take people like him out of the gene pool
