Electric Fence Pissing

Hmmmm…. possible fake? I’ve never seen security camera footage with such a neat, anti-aliased typeface at the bottom. Also, ‘sparking’ electricity happens in Hollywood; in the real world you never get sparks like that. I’m sitting on the fence on this one (shitty pun intended…)

That is soooo fake…I’ve been a victim of an electric fence before, and I can tell you that it hurts lick a mofo, - its still stinging as I remember it - but it does not knock you out…it makes you run around a shotload and swear like bejesus….

lmao, umm, being a welder, ya, I see sparks like that all the time, just touch a stinger to the welding lead…  Also, as Idledays said, it depends on the voltage and amprage, this could be real, could be fake, personally I think it looks athentic…

This was tested on the tv show Mythbusters….this is fake it was determined to be not possible on the show

That video is an obvious fake.  Note that there was a large “spark” effect when the “wizz” hit the fence.  This was an obvious set-up since if it were real then the fence would ALSO spark during rain storms.

Why would your opinion as a welder mean anything?  We might as well ask a preschooler or a retraded kid.  You probably think everything is “athentic”

Paul Windom, sorry to go all smartass on you, but rain would not make an electric fence spark. The reason it would spark is because electrical contact is made, i.e. the guy is grounded and therefore can conduct electricity. Rain is not grounded when it makes contact. This is the same reason why birds can land on electrical wires without being electrocuted.

But I’m guessing it is fake if Mythbusters had a look at it.

the time stamp says it all, bull. Even though ive heard it is possible due to the electrolytes in your urine. Also ive heard of the prank where you hook up the juice to a metal urinal to give the frequenting gents “a little shock”
