What the man did was sick, disgusting and he does deserve electrocution (not to death though), but to call him such names as “nigger” and all that is quite frankly over the top. Black people are so, because they have a higher amount of melanin around their skin cell nucleuses (to protect them from UV light), meaning that their skin is darker. White people have lighter skin because the UV levels are lower where we live, meaning we have less melanin around our skin cell nucleuses.
