The man in the video might have fallen backwards whilst bending down and fallen onto the bottle that way.
Last week the same thing happened to a London pensioner when he “sat” on his dog, it took surgeons 6 hours to remove the Alsatian dog from the man’s anus.
I always wear protective ass padding to prevent the same happening to me, you never know when it might happen to you.
Just imagine you are still half asleep on your way to work, catch the bus, rush in and without noticing you sit on a 6 year old on his way to school.
